Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products may be opened or previously handled, but they must be returned without marks of use, damage, or alterations. The original packaging is not required.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and optional expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos showing the issue. If the return is approved as defective, AURA VELOUR DESIGN will cover the return shipping cost. The customer may request a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

To request a return, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not return products without first receiving return instructions from AURA VELOUR DESIGN.
