Shipping Policy

AURA VELOUR DESIGN ships orders throughout the United States from East Boston, Massachusetts.

Orders placed by 3:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are prepared for shipment on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are prepared on the next business day.

Orders are shipped through USPS. Available shipping services and costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package details.

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Selecting expedited shipping changes the carrier’s delivery service but does not change the order cutoff time.

Fragile products are prepared with additional protective packaging when necessary.

Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to request an address correction, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been prepared or transferred to the carrier.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when it becomes available.
